Brother George Leslie B/44379 (landed on D-Day) was also killed in action around the Leopold Canal. He served with The Royal Canadian Artillery. Both brothers were buried in the same temporary Military graveyard of Maldegem, Belgium. George's final resting place in Adegem War Cemetery: Plot 10, Row C, Grave 7.
Brother Lloyd B/46511 was also overseas.
