Typhoon JP911 (Larocque), JP733 and JP514 crashed the same day in Belgium. On October 5, 1943 the task was given to 16 British fighters to target an oil plant in the region of Terdonk, Belgium. They were given to order to strike at low altitude. The mission wasn't a great success as most of the bombs did not explode. Typhoon JP911 came into a spin. Because of the low altitude the pilot was unable to jump and crashed at Mendonk, Belgium.
