Immediately I opened my window to let out the light, I saw a lady and a military man, about 25 years old, who called to me that a soldier had fallen into the water. Three policemen were there immediately at the scene. I hastily out off my washing line and with my coat on ran downstairs. After a few minutes the firemen came and started to search from him.
