Landed on D-Day.
Cpl Campbell was killed when the WASP (flame throwing carrier) he was in hit a mine in the attack on IJzendijke, Zeeuws Vlaanderen, Netherlands.
Had a brother Allan Campbell (R.C.C.S). He survived the war.
