Brother Private Kenneth Barr (age 23) C/33763, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Highlanders, R.C.I.C. Signed up 1 day earlier as Reginald and they went overseas on the same day. The brothers disembarked the same day in France. Kenneth was killed in action on February 24, 1945. Kenneth is buried at Groesbeek War Cemetery in the Netherlands. Plot 9, Row F, Grave 10.
